Twenty-two year old Miss Philippines International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago won at the 2013 Miss International! Congratulations!
Bea Rose Santiago was born in Cataingan, Masbate in Bicol and was raised by her grandparents. She's the eldest of three children. At 15, she and her family moved to Canada where she became a model and was the only Filipino to be signed under Elite Management.
